“Rocky Road to Diamond Dreams” is a Gender Action Learning System (GALS) manual for facilitators developed by Linda Mayoux and Oxfam Novib. The intended users are facilitators who are either experienced with GALS, or who are guided by experienced facilitators. It provides guidelines and practical steps and tools for enabling new participants in a new location, organisation or project to adapt GALS to their specific needs and context.
