Based on previous experience, a certification process for champions has been drafted by the Empower@Scale project team. The certification process aims at supporting the scaling up of GALS across the world while maintaining the quality of the methodology practiced and results achieved.
Specific objectives are: 1) To recognize efforts made by champions and motivate them to continue the process; 2) To set a standard certification process that it’s fair and guarantees quality of trainings provided by champions.
