In 2018 and 2019, partners and Oxfam in Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia and the Netherlands worked together on the Equal Power, Better Life (EPBL) initiative that aimed to accelerate progress towards gender justice in the Mekong region, by increasing social and political participation of people from marginalized groups and empowering them economically. This document shares adaptations of the Diamond and of the Social Empowerment and Leadership Map that were used in this process.
