This guide has been written as a result of an innovative process implemented in Uganda under the Empower@Scale project and involving three ELCs: Poroporo, NAFA and Wadelai. The process focused on youth as a target group and built upon lessons learned to make GALS more attractive for youth. This guide captures the innovative process and makes it available to the wider audience.
