I am a development professional with a passion for participatory approaches. Thematically, my main focus is gender and social inclusion in food systems. For Oxfam Novib I was involved in the development of GALS since 2008 as part of the WEMAN programme, and later in the design and implementation of Empower@scale. From May 2021 I continued my journey working for Wageningen Centre for Development Innovation (WCDI). I currently work on projects and courses on how to facilitate multi-stakeholder collaboration for food system transformation. Within this I focus on gender, participation and social inclusion.
