I am a gender specialist respectively in facilitating community mobilization and capacity development for empowerment of grassroots women and men. My main focus is gender and social inclusion in value chain development. I am a GALS expert, with OXFAM and IFAD i have been involved in integrating GALS methodology in different organization in Africa since 2013, i worked with TWIN UK for 6 years in Africa countries as a gender and GALS expert, in supporting small coffee producers, to increase their productivity using the gender action learning system (GALS) methodology. I have consulted widely with development organizations nationally and internationally.
