My first training as a GALS facilitator has been in 2015. Afterwards, I have co-facilitated GALS learning trajectories with other GALS facilitators and then led GALS learning trajectories myself. In my current position I have strengthened my skills in leading GALS learning trajectories and also strengthen the ability to support the project needs from this of view (budget, workplan, outreach plan etc.).
